Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Ultimate Counselling Cloud — how bookings, payments, refunds, and responsibilities work between you, your counsellor, and us.

Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Ultimate Counselling Cloud(“UCC”, “the platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
What UCC is — and is not
UCC is a marketplace that connects clients with independent, verified counsellors. We are not a medical provider and do not practise counselling ourselves. Counsellors are independent professionals responsible for the care they deliver. UCC is not an emergency service — if you are in crisis or at risk of harm, contact local emergency services immediately.
Eligibility & accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Counsellors must hold valid qualifications and licences and pass our verification before listing.
Bookings & sessions
- Session rates, durations, and formats are set by each counsellor and shown before you book.
- First-time clients may be eligible for a free 30-minute discovery consultation.
- A booked slot is held for a limited window pending payment confirmation.
- Meeting links are issued by email once a booking is confirmed.
Payments & escrow
Payments are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by bank transfer or mobile wallet (with card payments planned). Funds are held in escrow by UCC until the session is delivered. UCC retains a platform fee of 40% and the counsellor receives 60% of the session fee. The price shown at booking is the total payable — there are no hidden charges.
Cancellations & refunds
- Cancel 24+ hours before a session for a full refund.
- Cancel 2–24 hours before for a 50% refund.
- If you are not satisfied with a first session, request a full refund within 24 hours of it ending.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform — including harassment, fraud, sharing another person’s confidential information, attempting to circumvent payments, or any unlawful activity. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or our code of conduct.
Intellectual property
The platform, its content, and trademarks are owned by Ultimate Counselling Cloud or its licensors. Content you create (such as journal entries and notes) remains yours; you grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UCC is not liable for the clinical outcomes of sessions delivered by independent counsellors, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions? Email [email protected] or visit our contact page.
